Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency

Martin Alvarez, Redevelopment Manager for the Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency, will provide a brief overview of how an AB811 Program was adopted and implemented in the City of Palm Desert. The presentation will take a deeper look into the City's "Set To Save" energy use reduction program. It will further address Energy Independence Financing, how to fund and administer an Energy Efficiency Loan Program.
